We
have current vacancies throughout Germany. As a result of our growing
customer base, you will have the opportunity to work in various
locations. You will care for patients, together with a local team, in
close cooperation with the patients' families. Your tasks will include:
respiration assistance (invasive and non-invasive), basic care,
treatment, nursing activities, subcutaneous and intramuscular
injections, application of bandages as well as administration of
medication. Because of your close involvement with all the parties
concerned, you will be the primary contact for family members in
matters related to life with home respirators. Because you will work in
a team, you will be able to organise your shifts so that you can enjoy
as much leisure time or free time as possible.
Previous experience with intensive care patients would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory. Initiative,
a friendly and confident appearance, and the ability to work
independently are essential. Flexibility and the ability to deal with
difficult situations are also needed in this position. A class B
driving license would be an asset, but not mandatory. Because quality,
the use of latest technology, and interaction with patients and their
families are the major focus of our work, you should be willing to
participate in additional and continuous training programmes.
You
will work in a team of highly qualified and specially trained nursing
staff. Direct and specialised patient care is very important to us.
